​Why do I want to quit?
Who, besides myself will benefit from my quitting?
Why will these "others" benefit from my quitting?
How much money will I save?
What would I use that money for?
What will I feel like when I am smoke free?
How will my health be affected when I quit?
How will I feel about myself when I quit?
How will my spouse/partner feel about me when I quit?
When I quit, how much time will I save in a day? week? a year?
(time it takes to smoke)
What will the inside of my house be like when I quit?
What will the inside of my car be like when I quit?
