the Program
  • Seminars - There are 6 Seminars - one for each Powerful Health Principle - where you will be empowered with new ideas, gain fresh insight into your body, food, sleep, stress, and body movement, all supported by current research!  These are interactive, so come prepared to participate and learn!  Also, be ready to change, because thats what its all about - a healthier YOU!  Each seminar will have nutritious, healthy food and drinks to sample, so that you can begin to experience what healthy food looks like....AND tastes like!  Bring a friend and get special pricing on the Program A la Carte!

  • Workbooks - These bridge the gap between learning and practical application by digging into your personal daily health choices so we - you and I - can see what you are doing great, and what may need some tweaking!  We will use these insights to chart a path, setting new goals to improve your health!  Its an eye opening experience, I look forward to doing it with you!

  • Doctor-Patient Consults - You will have 6 opportunities to sit down and have Dr Packard interpret each of your workbooks, which reveals your daily health choices, and, with you, formulate a powerful path forward, setting new goals to achieve your health desires!  As part of each additional Doc-Patient Consult, Dr Packard will also review the previous plans made at earlier consults to see how things are going and help you make any adaptations.  This is all included in the with each seminar.
  • Web Tools - These tools will be a resource for you and a support on your new health journey, as you implement the Powerful Health Principles above.  These include:  Recipes, organized by meal types.   Research and health tips regarding each Health Principle.  For instance, there will be helpful stress reducing techniques, as well as nutritional supports.  Life presents us many things, these supports will help you stay on your feet!  This is free for those who participate in the Program.
