We eat far too many things that would never be classified as "food" in times past. Here are a few principles to remember, and suggested places to shop as you and your family Get Healthy & Happy by changing your eating habits!
Healthy Eating Principles
Eat Raw - i.e. milk......not eggs :-)
Get as close to nature as possible, buy from local farms so you know what you are getting
No GMO foods
No processed food, (or as little as you can stand :-)
If you love yourself, No fast food, PERIOD! Go hungry instead :-)
Choose whole wheat when eating foods made with wheat
Don't over cook veggies - should still be slightly crunchy
HOMEMADE is better that corporate made!
Homemade food takes longer to prepare, but it tastes better and is better for you and those you love!
