How much money will I save?
What would I use that money for?
What will I feel like when I am smoke free?
How will my health be affected when I quit?
How will I feel about myself when I quit?
How will my spouse/partner feel about me when I quit?
When I quit, how much time will I save in a day? week? a year?
(time it takes to smoke)
What will the inside of my house be like when I quit?
What will the inside of my car be like when I quit?
IF YOU HAVE MORE REASONS, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR.....
WRITE THEM DOWN!
Once you have your list....
Everyone can do this, just close your eyes and imagine what life looks like without a cigarette in your fingers and between your lips!
Imagine what other things you would do with your breaks, your money, imagine how others might respond to you ...imagine, how FREE you will feel...
VISUALIZE IT, SEE IT!
